Customer Service Team Building
Ever wanted to own a restaurant? Not everyone can run a restaurant well but in this exciting, fast paced boardgame, participants will operate a restaurant by sharing the different job functions in a restaurant, including order taking, buy ingredients, keeping the premises clean, preparing and serving "food" & handling customer complaints.
This activity was created for Manulife for their Global managers' meeting in Singapore to emphasise the importance of customer service. They were so happy with the results that they flew our team of 10 staff over to Jakarta to run the same programme for their Jakarta managers.
Participants will have to delegate the overwhelming amount of workload to their team members, learn new recipes, take orders, preapre the dishes, serve the dishes and manage customer requests.
