our teambuilding packages are conducted by one of our trainers (who are very experienced), & who will make observations throughout the game and give a debrief session to bring out learning objectives. the package includes trainer, staff and logistics for the programme, but excludes any venue, transport and F&B charges.

Fun Games (conducted by our staff)
duration varies per option; options are below

our fun game sessions are conducted by our staff, who will bring all the necessary logistics. there will not be any debrief of learning values even though teamwork, coordination & communication are required, as the activities are laced with more of a fun element to them.
if your event is meant more for fun and having a good bonding session, then our Fun Games packages would probably suffice.
as these packages are our entry-level packages, prices are non-negotiable and activities are non-customizable.
again, the package includes game master, staff and logistics for the programme, but excludes any venue, transport and F&B charges.

Difference Between Our Teambuilding & Fun Games Packages

in our terms, our trainers are very experienced individuals who have trained participants of different profiles and with MNCs and government institutions.
our staff do not have that wealth of experience and interaction with participants that our trainers have.
staff would merely execute the activity (equivalent to a fun, but "no frills" kind of team bonding session).

Fun Games Options (conducted by our staff)

option 1

änergy fun builder!
duration: 2hrs
venue: any location with open space, e.g. function rooms in hotels, offices, outdoor pavilions etc.

- fun builder is basically a structure-building activity where participants are challenged to build a structure the meets certain requirements using ONLY materials provided by us
- participants are required to come out with a plan before commencing with the building, and to achieve the specified objectives given

option 2

änergy sandcastle fun!
duration: 2hrs
venue: beach

- real sandcastle making challenge with adult-sized sandcastle kits and tools

or

option 3

änergy catapult challenge!
duration: 2hrs
venue: beach

- teams make catapults that propel water bombs and bomb one another after that

or

option 4

änergy amusing races!
duration: 2.5hrs
venue: any park/ island sufficiently large to host 5 checkpoints

- based on our flag-ship synergy race, this simpler race covers the same concept, with emphasis on just the games and having fun
- judging criteria would be based on performance at each checkpoint, as well as timing taken to complete the race
