Mark is passionate
about delivering effective customer service training with a point
of difference. Marks interactive training style will motivate,
refresh, develop and invigorate everyone who attends his seminars.
Mark has inspired
and motivated thousands of customer service frontline people across
several industries including automotive, hospitality, construction,
health, telecommunications, finance and real estate. Some of his
clients include. Volvo, Jaguar, Aston Martin, Data Dot technology,
Optus network and Genesys wealth advisors.
Mark has a food and
beverage background working with several international hotels
in Australia and the United Kingdom. In 1985 He joined the Regent
Hotel Melbourne, member of “Leading hotels of the world”
before continuing on with his fine dining career with Sheraton,
Conrad & Southern Pacific Hotel Corporation.
Early in his career,
Mark started out as a waiter in Oskars restaurant Surfers Paradise
in 1984. He worked his way up to become the training facilitator
& manager with Pure Water Systems in Brisbane - Sydney (Australia)
in 1997. His extensive first hand experience in the F&B industry
has helped him relate to participants at all levels and to give
practical advice to issues faced by staff in the industry. Mark
has been helping people with what he knows best - customer service
and motivation - since 2000.
In his free time,
Mark enjoys attending seminars or reading books by the following
outstanding individuals: Tom Hopkins, Brian Tracey, Alan Pease,
Brad Sugars, Robert Kiyosaki, Blair singer, Ken Blanchard, Dale
Carnegie, Michael Hewitt-Gleeson, Spencer Johnson, Stephen Lundin,
Tony Allesandra, Jack Collins, Jim Collins, Jack Daly and Zig
Ziglar.
Mark is also passionate
about the outdoors. Some of Mark's personal achievements include,
qualifying and completing the Australian Iron man 1997 (226 klms),
trekking the Himalayas, travelling over 40 countries and jumping
out of a perfectly good aircraft at 10,000 feet (sky diving).
Mark is able to deliver
workshops & speaking engagements in Singapore, Australia or
other parts of Asia.
